一、產品簡述Product profile

成套加藥裝置是一種全新概念的化學水處理加藥設備，已在國內外的電力、公工、市政等水處理領域廣泛應用。加藥裝置主要用于電廠的給水、爐水、循環水、廢水等處理，也可用于石油、化工、環保、供水系統等行業。單元組合式加藥裝置，主要有溶液箱、計量泵、過濾器、安全閥、止回閥、脈沖阻尼器、水位表、控制柜等組成一體化安裝在一個底座上，實現溶配藥液、計量投加功能單元的整體組合。

The complete dosing device is a new concept chemical water treatment dosing device and has been widely applied in many fields at home and abroad including power, public and municipal water treatment and the like. The dosing device is mainly applicable to the power plant’s treatment of feed water, boiler water, circulating water, and wastewater; also can be used in petroleum, chemical industry, environmental protection, water supply system and other industries. The modular type dosing device is integrally composed of the solution tank, metering pump, filter, safety valve, check valve, pulse damper, water gauge, control cabinet and is seated on a base to form a combination of liquid solution and metering dosing functional unit.

二、應用范圍Scope of application

●火力發電行業爐水處理系統、循環冷卻系統、原水預處理和廢水處理系統；

●石油、化工行業爐水處理系統、循環冷卻系統、化學添加劑投加系統、廢水處理系統；

●市政給水、污水處理系統及其他相關行業。

●結構緊湊、體積小、噪聲低、工作平穩的特點，適合各種規模的水處理裝置，我公司可以根據用戶現場條件設計適合用戶使用的設備,并提供相關的技術服務。 

●一般為一箱兩泵一臺電動攪拌器組成一整套系統。亦可根據用戶要求，構成兩箱兩泵，兩箱多泵，多箱多泵結構。可用于液液、固液、氣液藥劑溶液的配制、定量投加。

●  It is featured by the compact structure, small size, low noise, stable working and is applicable to water treatment device of all sizes. Our company designs the equipments which is suitable for users and provides the relevant technical services in accordance with users’ site conditions.

●  The complete system is generally composed of 1 cabin, 2 pumps and 1 electric mixer. The system with 2 cabins & 2 pumps, 2 cabins & multiple pumps and multiple cabinets & multiple pumps structures are available as required by the user. It is used to the preparation and quantitative dosing of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid, gas-liquid pharmaceutical solution.
